Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative team, serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; delivering safe, effective treatments; documenting patient information; advocating for patient needs; participating in performance improvement initiatives; fostering professional growth; mentoring peers; supporting shared governance; and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred); active RN license (single-state or multi-state); BLS certification; minimum two years of nursing experience; and current licensure and certifications required upon hire.
