Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral member of an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a clinical setting supported by shared governance and evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes using the nursing process. Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and involves patients and families in decision-making. Coordinate and document safe care delivery, promote teamwork, and participate in performance improvement initiatives. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth and ensure a qualified workforce. Support research, evidence-based practice, and adherence to safety and organizational standards. Assist in protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree, valid RN licensure (single or multi-state compact), and BLS certification. Less than one year of clinical experience post-graduation is preferred. Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills are essential. Ability to uphold professional ethics and comply with healthcare policies.
