Seeking a full-time administrative RN for a Minnesota-based adult foster care facility in Detroit Lakes.
Provide nursing services, assessments, and education to consumers and staff in compliance with state laws and standards. Supervise and train direct care staff, ensure safety, and monitor consumer health, including medication side effects. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, documentation, and care planning, including advanced directives. Travel within the Detroit Lakes area and maintain confidentiality and professional standards. Qualifications include an active RN license, CPR certification, ideally one year of experience, and reliable transportation.
