Seeking a full-time administrative RN for our Detroit Lakes office to provide nursing services, supervise staff, and support consumers in an adult foster care setting.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor conditions, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team. Provide education, orientation, and supervision to staff, ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards. Maintain accurate documentation, facilitate referrals, and promote safe practices and infection control. Travel within the local area and participate in ongoing training. Qualifications include an RN license, CPR certification, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Preferred experience is one year.
