Seeking a full-time administrative RN for a Michigan-based adult foster care agency.
Provide nursing services, assessments, and care planning in compliance with state laws and standards. Supervise and train direct care staff, ensuring safety and quality of care. Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, consumers, families, and staff. Monitor consumer health, document observations, and coordinate referrals. Educate staff and consumers, and manage medication monitoring and safety protocols. Travel within the Detroit Lakes area as needed. Maintain confidentiality, recordkeeping, and ongoing professional development. Qualifications include an RN license, CPR certification, and preferred one year of experience. Requires strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and physical ability to perform job duties.
