Seeking a full-time administrative RN for a Minnesota-based adult foster care office in Detroit Lakes.
Provide nursing services, assessments, and supervision of direct care staff following state regulations and professional standards. Conduct comprehensive consumer evaluations, monitor health changes, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams, consumers, and families. Educate staff and consumers, oversee medication side effects, and ensure safety and infection control practices. Supervise staff, document care, and facilitate care planning and referrals.
