Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
Seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee a unit in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities include managing supervisory duties, establishing policies, mentoring staff, maintaining care standards, reviewing resident records, addressing resident and family concerns, and representing the unit to management.
Qualifications include a valid NYS RN License, with preference given to those with
– 2+ years Long Term Care experience
– 1+ year Charge Nurse experience.
Essential skills are strong communication, computer proficiency, and a positive leadership attitude.
Role involves working primarily from 3PM-11PM, including every other weekend, with responsibilities focused on ensuring high-quality resident care and team leadership.
