Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the care team.
- Monitoring patient conditions, delivering safe and effective care per policies, and documenting assessments and interventions.
- Advocating for patients, addressing concerns, and educating patients and families on health issues.
- Participating in performance improvement initiatives and supporting organizational goals.
- Mentoring and fostering growth of other nurses, maintaining professional standards, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Current RN license, either single state or multi-state compact.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in direct patient care preferred.
