Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and deliver appropriate interventions.
- Prioritize patient flow and ensure safe, effective care per policies and procedures.
- Document assessments, care provided, and any incidents accurately.
- Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating with families and staff.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
- Maintain professional licensure, certifications, and pursue ongoing development.
- Mentor and support colleagues to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current RN license, BLS certification, and compliance with all licensing requirements.
- Experience with direct patient care is preferred.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
