Role Overview: Serves as a consultant and mentor to nurse leaders, supporting student programs and nursing initiatives. Collaborates with leadership to develop and implement nursing student programs, ensuring clinical application of leadership competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and managing programs that prepare nursing students for clinical practice and increase hiring.
- Provide coaching and training to nursing leadership to ensure program success and sustainability.
- Lead and manage the implementation of new care modalities and nursing practices.
- Identify best practices within nursing and collaborate with leaders for broader adoption.
- Support strategic planning, mentor leaders in evidence-based practices, and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Review and align program objectives with organizational and academic partnerships.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Five years of nursing leadership experience with broad clinical knowledge.
- Current RN license recognized by NCSBN Compact or applicable state licensing.
- Knowledge of Evidence Based Leadership (EBL), LEAN, and CAP methodologies.
- Effective data management and conversion skills.
