We are seeking a new graduate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a comprehensive Nurse Residency Program.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing safe, evidence-based patient care with support from clinical preceptors
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient experiences
- Utilizing advanced technology and clinical tools
- Participating in structured learning, simulation, and specialty rotations
- Building confidence and skills through hands-on practice and mentorship
Qualifications:
- Current RN license or eligibility in a Nurse Licensure Compact state
- Diploma, ADN, or higher from an accredited program
- 0-6 months RN experience
- American Heart Association BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, or NRP within 6 months as required
