Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a clinical setting supported by evidence-based practices and organizational models.
Responsibilities:
- Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence-based standards.
- Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations and cultural needs.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.
- Ensure documentation aligns with safety and quality standards, promoting teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Participate in quality improvement, research, and performance initiatives; serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster a skilled workforce.
- Support resource management, develop protocols, and uphold legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
- Associates Degree or Nursing Diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
- Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in technology and clinical documentation.
