Registered Nurse (RN) – MedSurg/Acute Care/Post Surgical/Burn/Bariatric – Full-Time Nights

Role Overview:
The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using evidence-based practices, ensuring individualized treatment aligned with clinical standards and cultural considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform nursing processes and coordinate care through effective partnerships, prioritizing caring and optimal outcomes.

Partner with patients and families via communication methods like bedside reports and education, focusing on patient goals.

Promote teamwork by documenting care accurately, participating in performance improvement, and supporting shared governance initiatives.

Maintain professional competence, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and foster a healthy work environment.

Advance evidence-based practice, research, and quality improvement activities, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

Plan across the care continuum, develop protocols, and utilize resources efficiently to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:
– Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
– Valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and additional licenses as needed.
– Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
– Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
