Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practices, critical thinking, and individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring alignment with clinical standards and patient needs.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.
- Coordinate care delivery, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration to promote safe, efficient, and respectful environments.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Support resource management and protocol development to optimize patient outcomes.
- Mentor and serve as a preceptor for other healthcare professionals and students.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards, including safety goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed RN (single-state or multi-state compact) with required certifications such as BLS.
- Less than 1 year of clinical experience or completion of accredited nursing program with clinical hours.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and commitment to professional growth.
