Role Summary: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, utilizing evidence-based practices and critical thinking. The role emphasizes relationship-based care tailored to diverse populations, fostering collaboration with patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and document safe, quality care using inclusive communication methods and timely documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; RN licensure (single or multi-state).
Minimum of 5 years of RN experience, with direct patient care preferred.
Certifications include BLS and applicable state licenses.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical thinking, time management, and responsiveness to emergencies.
