Role: Registered Nurse (RN) supporting a 22-bed Med Surge unit, providing comprehensive patient care across various conditions including dialysis, diabetes, and post-surgical recovery.
Responsibilities: Conduct accurate patient assessments, identify needs, initiate appropriate interventions, and deliver age- and condition-appropriate care.
Ensure timely and thorough documentation, update interdisciplinary care plans, and perform quality improvement assessments.
Qualifications & Skills: Current state RN license, nursing degree from an accredited program, BLS and ACLS certifications. New graduates are encouraged to apply; one year of RN experience preferred.
