Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Long Term Care

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing care in a resident-focused environment.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing residents, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
  • Collaborating with healthcare team members and communicating care plans effectively.
  • Providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents and their families.
  • Teaching residents and families about health conditions, medications, and self-care.
  • Maintaining safety standards, infection control, and proper medication procedures.
  • Managing resident care equipment, supplies, and coordinating admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Supervising workflow of nursing staff and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active nursing license (LPN or RN) in the state of practice.
  • Effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.
  • Preferred 1-3 years of clinical or long-term care experience.
  • Ability to perform essential functions with adequate visual acuity and hearing.
