We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing care in a resident-focused environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing residents, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members and communicating care plans effectively.
- Providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents and their families.
- Teaching residents and families about health conditions, medications, and self-care.
- Maintaining safety standards, infection control, and proper medication procedures.
- Managing resident care equipment, supplies, and coordinating admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Supervising workflow of nursing staff and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active nursing license (LPN or RN) in the state of practice.
- Effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.
- Preferred 1-3 years of clinical or long-term care experience.
- Ability to perform essential functions with adequate visual acuity and hearing.
