Role Summary: A Registered Nurse (RN) is sought to join a Multispecialty Care team, providing compassionate, hands-on acute patient care in Labor and Delivery. The RN will coordinate patient care, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and support patients and families emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually. The role promotes patient independence through education and self-care, ensuring quality care by adhering to standards set by regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver bedside nursing care in a hospital setting.
- Support patients and families emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, medications, and self-care.
- Maintain compliance with nursing standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Current RN license in the state of practice; multi-state license acceptable where applicable.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
