Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a Multispecialty Care team, specializing in Labor and Delivery.
Responsibilities: Provide compassionate bedside care, support patients emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Promote patient independence through education, establish care goals, and ensure quality care by adhering to standards and regulations. Supervise team members and respond to patient needs effectively.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Licensed RN in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
