We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team, providing comprehensive cancer care services and direct patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and delivering patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Delegating tasks and serving as a leader in the clinical team
- Conducting ongoing assessments to achieve desired patient outcomes
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program and a valid NY RN license
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; completion required within 5 years if not held at hire
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
- Ability to recognize and respond to patient care issues and emergencies
