Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool (Nights)

Role Overview

Join a dynamic float pool supporting two Magnet®-recognized hospitals, providing clinical care across ICU, Emergency Department, and Medical Telemetry. This full-time night role offers flexibility, professional growth, and exposure to diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities include:

Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation

Educating patients and families on illness management, medication, and post-discharge care

Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and developing individualized care plans

Utilizing critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers

Supporting a culture of connection, recognition, and well-being through organizational programs

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience required
RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Strong IV therapy skills, telemetry interpretation, BLS, ACLS; NIHSS or PALS for ED (preferred)
Experience in ICU and/or Emergency Department (preferred)
Ability to work safely and adapt across multiple inpatient units
