Join as a Night Shift Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) and utilize your Medical/Surgical and Telemetry expertise in a flexible, growth-oriented role.
Designed for experienced nurses who excel at night, this position involves delivering patient-centered care across multiple inpatient units, with the ability to work in various clinical environments, including occasional mid-shift transitions.
You will have opportunities to expand skills through cross-training in ICU and Emergency Department, working within a collaborative night shift team.
Responsibilities include: promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, ensuring safety, developing and implementing individual care plans, and assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs in accordance with standards of nursing care.
Qualifications: minimum of 2+ years of acute care Med/Surg RN experience, ability to adapt in a float environment, and RN licensure. A BSN is preferred, with ADN accepted if enrolled in a BSN program.
