We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care within established standards, including medication administration, treatments, and assistance with daily activities. The role involves monitoring and communicating patient conditions, responding to changes, and prioritizing care. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, transfers, and discharges while addressing psychosocial and spiritual needs. Educating patients and families, advocating for their well-being, and utilizing your specialized care plans are key responsibilities.
Qualifications include a current state RN license, an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing program, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC. One year of experience is preferred.
