Role Overview: This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Critical Care setting within the Emergency Department. The RN provides high-quality medical care, along with compassionate support to patients and families during various emotional states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s preferred
- Current RN license in the practice state; multi-state license acceptable
- Required certifications: BLS; ACLS, PALS, NRP based on patient population
- Critical Care or emergency nursing experience is preferred
- Specialty certifications like CCRN or CEN are a plus
