We are seeking an Operating Room Nurse to join a dedicated interdisciplinary team responsible for delivering high-quality, safe patient care in a clinical environment.
Key responsibilities include
performing the nursing process with evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and individualized care partnering with patients and their families through effective communication and relationship-based care coordinating safe, efficient care delivery, documentation, and promoting a respectful, inclusive environment supporting performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives serving as a preceptor or mentor to foster workforce development participating in protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes Qualifications include a
minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience,
valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact), and
current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Ideal candidates demonstrate teamwork, professional development initiative, adherence to healthcare standards, and a commitment to evidence-based practice. The role involves working Monday through Friday with call responsibilities.
