Role Overview: This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Critical Care setting within the Post Cath Lab department. The RN provides high-quality medical care, compassionate support, and assistance to critically ill patients and their families.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Applying advanced clinical skills specific to critical care and cardiac procedures.
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort through effective monitoring and interventions.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and execute care plans.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Critical Care Nursing experience preferred.
- Certifications required include BLS; ACLS, PALS, and NRP based on patient population.
- Specialty certifications such as CCRN or CEN are advantageous.
