Responsibilities include:
- Managing and delivering direct patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
- Delegating tasks and serving as a team leader under physician supervision
- Assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring outcomes
- Supporting professional growth through mentorship, continuing education, and clinical ladder programs
- Participating in quality improvement and compliance with healthcare standards
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN license in the state
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; must complete BSN within 5 years if hired without one
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
- Ability to recognize and respond to patient care emergencies
