Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practice. Partner with patients and families to ensure individualized care reflecting cultural diversity. Coordinate safe care delivery through effective communication, documentation, and teamwork. Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in research and shared governance. Serve as a preceptor or mentor, promoting professional development and a healthy work environment. Adhere to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with safety and quality goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Licensed as an RN with current certifications in BLS and PALS or equivalent. Preferred experience in direct patient care and strong critical thinking, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency in clinical technology, clinical standards, and a collaborative, respectful approach to team care.
