Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, patient-centered care, guided by evidence-based practices and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, respecting cultural diversity. Ensure documentation of care aligns with safety and quality standards. Promote teamwork, interdisciplinary collaboration, and participation in performance improvement and research activities. Mentor and serve as a resource for other nurses and staff, supporting professional development. Adhere to policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including patient safety goals. Support resource management and care across the continuum. Qualifications & Skills: • Current RN license, BLS, PALS certifications required at hire.
• Experience in direct patient care preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in technology and basic computer skills.
