Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care plans, and deliver safe, effective care according to policies and procedures.
- Document assessments, care provided, and changes in patient status accurately.
- Advocate for patients, addressing concerns, providing education, and maintaining communication with families and staff.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational goals.
- Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current RN licensure (single or multi-state license).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
- Experience with direct patient care is preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
