Role Overview: This position involves providing high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. The RN acts as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.
- Assist in delivering safe, effective care following policies and procedures.
- Advocate for patients, addressing concerns and educating patients and families.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
- Mentor and foster growth among nursing staff, contributing to a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing preferred.
- Current nursing license (RN), with multi-state licensing preferred.
- Required certifications: BLS and RN license.
- At least one year of nursing experience required for PRN roles.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
