Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Serving as a primary contact between patients, families, and healthcare providers, the nurse promotes patient safety, satisfaction, and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions; assist with care planning and coordinate care delivery.
- Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and ensuring patient-centered care.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals for quality and safety.
- Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and staying current with industry practices.
- Mentor peers, foster a positive work environment, and uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred).
- Current nursing license and certifications, including BLS or BLS Instructor, required upon hire.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience for PRN roles.
