Role Overview: This position involves providing high-quality nursing care in a hospital setting, working closely with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. The Registered Nurse serves as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions to develop and adjust care plans.
- Deliver safe, effective care following hospital policies and procedures.
- Document patient assessments, care provided, and any incidents accurately.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Nursing; preferred.
- Valid RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience for PRN roles.
