Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized treatment based on evidence-based practice and clinical standards.
Responsibilities: Performs the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), partners with patients and families, and promotes culturally competent care. Coordinates and documents care delivery, supports performance improvement, and participates in research and evidence-based initiatives. Mentors staff, develops protocols, and ensures resource efficiency while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires an associate’s or bachelor’s nursing degree, valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and at least 2 years of direct patient care experience. Must possess strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and collaborative skills, with proficiency in technology and healthcare standards. Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments and support a respectful, inclusive clinical setting.
