Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care – MedSurg, providing high-quality, safe patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with licensed and unlicensed care team members to deliver individualized patient care.
- Practice in a clinical environment guided by Nurse Managers and supported through shared governance.
- Follow the WellStar Professional Practice Model, evidence-based practices, and research.
- Adhere to the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, Scope of Practice, and ANA Code of Ethics.
- Uphold patient voices, system policies, and support service excellence goals.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Valid RN license in Georgia or under eNLC; BLS certification required.
- Experience with direct patient care; national certification in specialty preferred.
