Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a frontline representative for patients and families, support performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional competence, develop others, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and participate in Shared Governance activities.
Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold a current RN license (Georgia or multi-state compact), and maintain BLS certification. ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required within 6 months depending on the unit.
Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and applicable national specialty certification.
