Role Overview: This position involves providing high-quality nursing services as a frontline member of the patient care team. The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, serving as an advocate and communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and coordinate care delivery.
- Deliver safe, effective care in accordance with policies, documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Respond to patient needs, address concerns, and serve as an educational resource to promote patient and family satisfaction.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas for process enhancements, and support organizational goals.
- Maintain professional competence by completing required training, certifications, and engaging in ongoing education.
- Foster a positive work environment through mentorship, adherence to standards, and promoting shared governance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current RN license and certifications including BLS.
- Experience in direct patient care is preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
