Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitoring patient conditions, documenting assessments, changes, and care delivered.
- Advocating for patients and families, addressing concerns, and educating on health issues.
- Ensuring safety, confidentiality, and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Participating in performance improvement initiatives and contributing to care quality and patient satisfaction.
- Supporting professional development, maintaining licenses/certifications, and engaging in leadership and mentorship roles.
- Promoting a positive work environment and embracing shared governance principles.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
- Experience with direct patient care preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
