Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care tailored to individual needs and cultural diversity. They utilize evidence-based practices, perform the nursing process, and foster strong partnerships with patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and document safe, quality care while promoting a respectful, inclusive environment.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice activities.
- Support professional development by completing competency assessments, serving as a preceptor or mentor, and engaging in ongoing education.
- Contribute to protocol development and resource management to enhance patient outcomes and reduce adverse events.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
- Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
- Less than one year of clinical experience preferred; recent graduates considered.
- Strong knowledge of clinical standards, teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills.
