Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and communicate care plans, prioritize patient flow, document assessments and interventions, advocate for patients and families, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
Leadership & Professional Development: Mentor colleagues, maintain licensure and certifications, pursue ongoing education, and contribute to a supportive work environment aligned with shared governance principles.
Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred), current RN license (single state or multi-state compact), BLS certification, and preferred experience in direct patient care.
