Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care

Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care as part of a patient care team, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, evaluate, and coordinate patient care to promote optimal outcomes.

Document assessments, care delivered, and incidents accurately.

Advocate for patients, addressing concerns and providing health education.

Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.

Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development.

Mentor and support peers, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing preferred.
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and RN licensure (multi-state or single-state).
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
