We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role working 7a-3p.
Under the Director of Nursing, the RN supervises nursing staff and oversees daily activities to ensure high-quality care.
Responsibilities include: monitoring care delivery, evaluating staff performance, conducting shift meetings, identifying and resolving care issues, and coordinating services for continuity of care.
Qualifications: BSN (preferred), current RN license, peripheral IV certification, 2+ years clinical experience, 1+ year management or geriatrics/subacute care experience, CPR/BLS certification, and effective communication skills.
