We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position from 7a-3p, responsible for supervising nursing staff and overseeing daily care activities under the guidance of the Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and evaluating nursing care delivery and staff performance
- Conducting shift staff meetings to address concerns and improve services
- Identifying and resolving resident care issues promptly
- Providing reports and recommendations to leadership
- Coordinating nursing services with other resident care teams
Qualifications:
- Current RN license and peripheral IV certification
- At least two years of clinical nursing experience, with one year in geriatrics or subacute care
- Management experience and a BSN preferred
- CPR/BLS certification
- Effective communication skills in English; additional languages a plus
