Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current Kansas RN licensure, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in English.
Responsibilities involve completing record-keeping, administering medications, coordinating admissions/discharges, and performing medical procedures such as wound care and specimen collection.
Supervisory duties include collaborating with consultants, investigating complaints, conducting shift reports, and monitoring residents’ well-being.
