Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and execute care plans, and ensure documentation accuracy. Act as a patient advocate by addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and promoting patient-centered care. Qualifications: An Associate’s, Diploma, or Bachelor’s in Nursing is required. Certifications include BLS and RN licensure (multi-state or single-state).
