Position responsibilities include overseeing staff, supervising resident care, ensuring compliance with policies, and collaborating with the Director of Nursing (DON).
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current Kansas RN licensure, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in English.
Clinical duties involve record-keeping, medication administration, resident transfers, and performing medical procedures like wound care and specimen collection.
Supervisory duties include coordinating with staff and consultants, investigating complaints, conducting resident checks, and updating the DON.
