Role Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. You will serve as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction. Your responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, delivering safe care according to policies, documenting assessments and interventions, and advocating for patient needs. You will participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional competence, and support shared governance activities. Qualifications and Skills:
- Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred)
- Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
