We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee staff assignments and ensure high-quality resident care in a supervisory role.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current Kansas licensure
Strong leadership skills and collaborative attitude
Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
Responsibilities:
Complete RN record-keeping during resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
Administer medications and provide clinical services such as wound care and specimen collection
Supervise staff, investigate complaints, and communicate resident and staff status to the DON
Conduct daily resident assessments and ensure treatment adherence
