Description:
As an RN, you will oversee staff assignments, supervise resident care, and ensure quality care by following policies and collaborating with the Director of Nursing (DON).
Qualifications:
– Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current Kansas licensure
– Strong leadership and teamwork skills
– Proficiency in English
Responsibilities:
– Complete and maintain accurate resident records
– Prepare and administer medications
– Facilitate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
– Perform medical procedures like wound care and specimen collection
– Supervise staff, investigate grievances, and communicate resident status
– Conduct daily resident checks and report to the DON
