Position Responsibilities include overseeing staff assignments, ensuring high-quality care according to policies, preparing and administering medications, and performing medical procedures such as wound care and specimen collection.
Supervisory duties involve collaborating with consultants, addressing grievances, conducting resident checks, and reporting to the Director of Nursing.
Qualifications include a nursing degree from an accredited program, current Kansas RN licensure, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in English.
